Welcome to BD Bites. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. BD Bites as a Service Provider

BD Bites acts solely as a platform to connect customers with restaurants. We do not prepare, serve, or deliver food, nor do we control restaurant operations. Our role is limited to facilitating the order process, providing information, and enabling restaurants to reach customers.

2. Customer-Restaurant Relationship

All orders placed through BD Bites are directly between you (the customer) and the restaurant. The restaurant is solely responsible for:

• Preparing your order
• Ensuring food quality and safety
• Handling refunds, complaints, or special requests

BD Bites is not responsible for any issues arising from the food, delivery, or service provided by the restaurant.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

BD Bites does not process customer payments for individual orders. All payments are completed directly with the restaurant.

Restaurants using BD Bites to list their services pay a subscription fee starting at £250 per month.

• Grace Period: If payment is not received, BD Bites provides a 14-day grace period during which we contact the restaurant to resolve the issue.
• Failure to pay within this period may result in removal from the platform until payments are settled.

4. Ownership of Customer Data

The restaurant retains ownership of all customer data collected through the platform. BD Bites does not claim any ownership of customer information and will only use such data to facilitate the order process.

5. Liability

BD Bites is not liable for:

• Delays, errors, or quality issues in food preparation or delivery
• Allergies, contamination, or foodborne illness
• Payment disputes or refunds
• Customer complaints related to restaurant service

6. Platform Use and Conduct

Users of BD Bites agree to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. BD Bites reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity.

7. Modifications

BD Bites may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
